Chelmsford College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and outstanding Lecturer for our Foundation Provision. The successful candidate will need to be passionate about working with learners with a range of SEND in a Further Education setting.
You will have comprehensive knowledge and experience of teaching and supporting learners with mild to moderate learning difficulties. You will need to be able to plan and teach activities and lessons which can be adapted to different groups of learners and assess students’ achievements and progress accordingly, as well as contributing to the Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) review process.
The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, be proactive and positive, and be solution focused.
QualificationsYou must be qualified to Degree level or equivalent and hold a teaching qualification. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check. Starting salary will be dependent on qualifications, skills and experience.
