Are you passionate about empowering learners to succeed independently? Chelmsford College is seeking a proactive and student‑centred individual to join our dedicated team as a Learning and Study Centre Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion independent learning and study skills across all curriculum areas.
- Support students in dynamic, busy timetabled Study Centres and our newly launched Learning Resource Centres.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Study Centre Manager to promote and advocate for academic resources, including innovative digital tools.
- Motivate students to stay engaged, focused, and on track with assignments and coursework.
- Encourage the development of transferable skills and instil a strong work ethic in every learner.
