The College is currently seeking Inclusion Coaches (LSAs) to work with young people at varying levels across the curriculum. Successful candidates will support learners with a range of SEND needs, be passionate about empowering young people towards independence, and be confident to work with staff at all levels to advise and guide on inclusive practice. The role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
