Are you highly organised, detail‑driven, and passionate about supporting inclusive education? We are seeking a proactive and committed Exams Access Arrangements Co‑ordinator to play a vital role in ensuring every learner has the support they need to succeed.
Working closely with the Cross College SENCo/Manager and Exams Team, you will coordinate and manage the Exams Access Arrangements process, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and an exceptional learner experience. This is a dynamic and rewarding role at the heart of SEND and examinations support.
Key Responsibilities- Co‑ordination & Administration: Manage and maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and systems for access arrangements.
- Complete essential documentation (e.g., F8/F9 forms) and collate supporting evidence.
- Upload and manage data within internal college systems.
- Develop and improve processes, forms, and communications to streamline evidence collection.
- Liaise effectively with curriculum teams, Exams staff, SEND teams, students, and parents.
- Coordinate external assessor visits and support inspection processes.
- Monitor, track, and report on key data to ensure timely and compliant access arrangements.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of JCQ regulations and best practice.
- Translate updates into clear, practical guidance for colleagues.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops (online and in‑person).
- Support staff in understanding their responsibilities and meeting key deadlines.
- Champion inclusion, safeguarding, and learner wellbeing.
