Location: Chelmsford College and Dovedale Leisure Centre

The role involves providing high-quality administrative support and ensuring the centre remains a safe, well-managed environment for college use. The successful candidate will be IT-literate, possess excellent communication skills, and be confident engaging with members of the public, external partners, and our diverse community of students and staff. You will also contribute to the wider student experience by developing enrichment ideas and supporting events, activities, and visiting guests.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Leisure Centre and college.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Develop enrichment ideas and support events, activities, and visiting guests.

Qualifications

  • IT literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Confidence in engaging with the public, partners, students, and staff.
