Dovedale@Moulsham is a breakfast and afterschool club linked to Dovedale Nursery, run by Chelmsford College. We are looking for dynamic and energetic individuals to join our expanding team at the Moulsham Infants School site on a casual basis. Qualifications are not required; experience is preferred but many opportunities for on‑job learning are provided by an experienced childcare team. We seek someone passionate about shaping young people's lives.

We provide care for children aged 4 to 11 from Moulsham Infants and Moulsham Junior School during term time.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Transporting children to and from school
  • Planning and facilitating engaging activities
  • Supervising and playing with children on the playground
  • Preparing and serving meals
  • Administering first aid (training provided on appointment)
  • Maintaining cleanliness throughout the day
  • Observing safeguarding procedures
  • Learning to work with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
