Do you have a recruitment or sales background and looking for a different challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Business Services Team at Chelmsford College. We are looking for recruitment, sales and employer engagement professionals to engage with students and employers to recruit apprentices across a range of industry sectors.
It's not just about apprenticeships. We are looking for individuals that will have the ability to build professional relationships with employers and the confidence to sell commercial and fully funded adult training to these employers, building trusted relationships that drive growth in revenue for the College.
This role is part-time and the hours and days can be flexible to meet individual requirements. This includes some hybrid working where this makes business sense. The candidate must also have a full driving licence and own transport as employer workplace visits form part of the role.
