South Woodham Ferrers Leisure Centre is a multi-purpose sports centre and swimming pool, accommodating two sports halls, a gym, activity room, tennis courts, outdoor 3G pitch & multi-use games area, serving the local community with a range of sport and leisure activities.

Responsibilities

  • Be organised and confident with a flexible approach in a busy environment.
  • Ensure all bookings, administration and payment procedures are carried out thoroughly and accurately.
  • Provide high-quality customer service, greet customers, and contribute to a friendly and welcoming centre environment.
  • Work as part of the team to support centre operations and multi-task as required.
  • Process payments and use computer packages; additional training will be provided where needed.
  • This role includes Sunday shifts: 12:30pm – 5:30pm (5 hours).

  • Experience of using computer packages, customer relations and the ability to process payments are essential.
  • Additional training will be provided.
