Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our Park and Ride Team to support with the day-to-day running of our 2 Park and Ride sites.
The successful applicant will be expected to lead by example providing excellent customer service and maintaining a consistently high standard of quality across the sites. This will include working within a team, interacting with members of the public and keeping accurate records of the daily site operations.
Ideally, the successful applicant will have previous experience in a customer service role with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. A flexible approach to working hours and a will to work outside in all weather conditions is an essential requirement of the role.
The successful applicant will work 5 days per week on a shift rota, covering Monday to Saturday.
