Chelmsford City Council’s Strategic Housing Service is expanding its Homeless Team. We are recruiting Homeless Officers to work with people to prevent homelessness and determine Council duties under homelessness legislation.
The role offers challenging yet rewarding work, with the aim of making a real difference for individuals in difficult situations. Successful applicants will use a customer-focused, proactive problem-solving approach while managing complex cases and working to tight deadlines.
