We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised and proactive Attendance Assistant to join our pastoral and administrative team. This key role ensures all students attend school regularly and are supported to achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will be confident communicating with parents, highly accurate in data management, and committed to maintaining the highest attendance standards.
Flexible working: part‑time hours starting from 08:00–12:00, up to a full‑time equivalent of 37 hours per week (term time only).
Key Responsibilities
- Play a vital role in monitoring and improving student attendance
- Make daily phone calls to parents and carers
- Ensure registers and attendance data are accurate and up to date
- Work closely with pastoral teams to support student welfare and safeguarding
