About this Role
We are seekingenthusiastic and reliable Midday Supervisors to join our team at ChellastonAcademy. This important role involves ensuring the safety, welfare and positivebehaviour of students during lunch breaks. You will supervise dining areas andoutdoor spaces, support students as they move around the site, promote a calmand respectful environment, and help maintain high standards of cleanlinessacross lunchtime facilities. As part of our wider academy team, you will play avaluable role in supporting students and upholding our core values ofIntegrity, Care and Excellence.
Who we're looking for
We are lookingfor caring, approachable and dependable individuals who enjoy working withyoung people and can build positive relationships with students. Successfulcandidates will be able to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrateflexibility in their approach, and confidently support behaviour expectationsin line with the academy's values. Experience of working with children,behaviour management or health and safety practices would be an advantage,although full training will be provided. Above all, we are seeking individualswho are committed to safeguarding, professional development and helping createa safe, enjoyable lunchtime experience for all students.
