The Role:
We’re looking for a Graduate Junior Project Manager to join our delivery team and support the successful planning and execution of creative and marketing projects. This is a client-facing, entry-level role designed for a recent graduate who is organised, communicative and keen to learn how work is delivered in a fast-paced agency environment. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Account Teams and cross-functional specialists, gaining hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, from briefing through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of creative and marketing projects across multiple channels
- Assist with creating and maintaining project timelines, task lists and status updates
- Track deliverables and deadlines, helping ensure projects are delivered on time
- Coordinate with internal teams including Creative, Strategy and Digital
- Help identify potential risks or delays and flag them to senior team members
- Maintain accurate project documentation and trackers
- Support day-to-day client communications, including status updates and follow-ups
- Attend client meetings, take notes and circulate actions
- Help manage client feedback and ensure it is clearly communicated to internal teams
- Build positive relationships by being reliable, responsive and detail-oriented
- Assist with basic project admin, including estimates, purchase orders and invoicing support
- Support time tracking and cost tracking across projects
- Help ensure work is delivered within agreed scope and budget
Skills & Experience:
- A recent graduate (or equivalent experience) with a strong interest in project management
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working collaboratively with different teams
- Understanding of basic project management principles
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira or similar
- Interest in advertising, creative, digital or integrated marketing
