We’re looking for an HR Advisor who’s as people‑savvy as they are proactive. Someone who can balance empathy with expertise and thrives in a fast‑paced, ideas‑driven environment. Partnering closely with our Head of People, you’ll be a go‑to for our teams, guiding, coaching, and supporting across the full HR spectrum. From championing great employee experiences to helping us navigate the ever‑evolving world of work, you’ll play a key role in keeping our culture strong and our people inspired. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a full range of general HR support to employees, managers and various stakeholders, offering clear, well‑informed advice and escalating issues to the Head of People.
  • Develop strong and trusted line manager relationships, and coach managers in a way that builds management capability.
  • Effectively manage low level Employee Relations matters in compliance with local legislation and HR best practice, providing professional advice to managers and escalating to the Head of People where necessary.
  • Attend formal meetings as the HR Representative in the capacity of note‑taker and create the relevant paperwork (e.g. invites and outcome letters).
  • Actively monitor and analyse attendance, coaching managers to manage attendance, including Occupational Health referrals and identify cases of potential concern with the Head of People and managers.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding of new hires, HR inductions, contract amendments, fixed‑term contract extensions and resignation processes.
  • Ensure regular auditing and compliance with personnel files and related HR documentation, maintaining accurate records in accordance with company policies and local market legal requirements.
  • Track and monitor the probationary review process and contract extensions or expiration.
  • Keep HR, FTC and Probation Trackers and resourcing forecasting up‑to‑date.
  • Carry out maternity, shared parental and parental leave meetings and processes.
  • Support with key annual processes, i.e. annual performance review, promotion and pay reviews.
  • Handle benefits queries (e.g., pensions, health insurance, EAPs) and changes to ensure our employees and intranet are updated in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate client secondments.
  • Complete exit interviews and identify trends.
  • Support the monthly payroll validation process and ensure accurate tracking/logging of new starters, leavers, changes to contractual agreements, and Right to Work checks.
  • Check relative employee data is logged into the relevant systems in a timely manner and in time for monthly payroll validation.
  • Promote inclusivity and wellbeing through engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc projects including learning & development and employee engagement.
  • Any other duties that may be required to ensure the efficient operation of the Teams you are supporting.
  • Actively manage your own personal training and development, identifying any suitable development opportunities.

What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist role with exposure to performance management, employee relations, compensation and learning and development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across levels and cultures.
  • Have a thorough understanding of employment law and policies and ability to use and advise on these in a commercial and pragmatic way.
  • Be able to demonstrate an in‑depth knowledge of typical HR process and procedures and systems.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organisation and time‑management skills.
  • Analytical and process‑oriented mindset with a passion for efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Evidence of resilience, adaptability, with a solution‑oriented approach.
