As part of our commitment to delivering agile, high-impact creative solutions, we are establishing a new on-site Fast Response Content Centre embedded directly within our client's organisation. This dedicated hub will serve as a central engine for content creation, enabling closer collaboration, deeper brand integration, and faster turnaround on digital assets. By positioning the team at the heart of the client’s business, we ensure greater alignment with strategic priorities and the ability to produce, adapt, and deploy content at scale across multiple European markets, all while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency.

This role will be based in Chertsey, with a requirement to work from the offices for 4 days per week. As with all Cheil roles, this is a 12-month fixed term contract in the first instance. A start date of mid-November is preferred.

The Opportunity

The Digital Designer is a key member of the Fast Response Content Centre, responsible for producing high volumes of digital content with speed, precision, and consistency. Working across origination, bespoke asset creation, and minor edits, the Designer will bring briefs to life through static and motion assets, ensuring all outputs align with brand guidelines and creative direction set by the Art Director. This role is hands-on in execution, leveraging design tools, templates, and AI platforms to deliver impactful content across channels and formats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute briefs into high-quality static and motion assets across digital, social, and eCommerce channels.
  • Deliver outputs across origination (shoots), bespoke copy-visual combinations, and rapid minor adaptations (pricing, dates, legal lines).
  • Adapt and resize master assets into multiple formats and sizes for rollout.
  • Work from English masters (or country of origin as supplied), preparing assets for localisation.
