As a Junior Project Manager, you are the communication point of contact between our account management and creative department. You will traffic the work through the departments and push the creative projects through our in-house production company making sure all deliveries are on time. It’s a great opportunity to join a team that cares about the creative output. We are a small team of 15, we all work together to make sure we maximise the best creative result for our clients. There is also an opportunity to grow to the next level of your career with individual goal settings yearly to help you achieve that goal.
The type of media you will be managing: Digital Banners, TVC, OLV, Social films, Digital Out of Home, Piccadilly Lights and internal Sizzle reels.
What the day to day looks like:
- Attending daily status meeting with the whole team at the start of each day.
- Responsible for effective and efficient internal communications.
- Responsible for planning your creative resource on your projects.
- Initiating and maintaining regular (WIP) work in progress meetings with creative, the account management team and relevant dependencies if required.
- Communicating project timelines and estimations to account teams.
- Opening projects and managing jobs in Jura.
- Making sure job reconciliations are finished 4 weeks after job completion.
- Provide regular updates of the lifecycle of the project to the creatives and account team.
Strings to your bow:
- Some project management experience such as internships would be good.
- Driven and solution-orientated working style.
- Proven ability to work effectively across functions.
- Some knowledge in MS Office suite (PPT, Excel, MS Project and Word).
- Working with the JIRA platform is a plus but not a necessity.
- Strong communication skills, fluent written and spoken English.
