As part of our commitment to delivering agile, high‑impact creative solutions, we are establishing a new on‑site Fast Response Content Centre embedded directly within our client’s organisation. This dedicated hub will serve as a central engine for content creation, enabling closer collaboration, deeper brand integration, and faster turnaround on digital assets. The role will be based in Chertsey, requiring work from the office 4 days per week, and is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract in the first instance.
Key Responsibilities
- Studio & Campaign Management
- Lifestyle Asset Production – studio‑created lifestyle visuals
- Static Content Production – flat lays, product KV, RTBs, and social assets
- Video Content Production – how‑to videos, social edits, and demo shoots
- Local Campaigns – creative for ad‑hoc, market‑specific activations
- D2C Always‑On Content – assets with biannual refreshes and personalised variants for six customer segments
- EO Channel Exclusives – up to 20 exclusive content pieces for EO platforms, including app activations and partner content
- Platform Ownership, Automation & AI
- Lead ownership and optimisation of project management platforms (e.g., Jira) and marketing cloud systems
- Oversee and implement automation and AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Creative X, Dragonfly, and other content production platforms)
- Continuously refine production processes using automation and AI, driving operational excellence and faster turnaround times
- Workflow & Resourcing Management
- Own the end‑to‑end production workflow in Jira – from brief to delivery
- Manage the design queue, run weekly workflow check‑ins, allocate work based on timelines, and monitor team bandwidth
- Integrate AI‑assisted scheduling and workflow tools where relevant to optimise capacity and throughput
- Creative Project Management
- Maintain detailed project trackers, mapping tasks, specifications, formats, and delivery timelines
- Oversee creative delivery end‑to‑end, coordinating timelines, feedback loops, and final approvals across markets and internal teams
- Proactively identify risks or blockers, keeping all team members aligned and accountable throughout the production lifecycle
- Stakeholder Liaison & Communication
- Act as the primary contact between content/design teams and internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure clear briefs, resolve blockers, and manage stakeholder expectations with confidence and clarity
- Asset Management & Library Hygiene
- Oversee asset management systems, file organisation, and version control to support clear handover and content reuse
- Implement AI‑assisted tagging, search, and versioning where applicable
- Brand Guardian & Quality Control
- Perform final checks on all creative outputs – verifying consistency, spelling, imagery, and compliance with brand guidelines before delivery
- Act as the gatekeeper for brand integrity and creative excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in content production or operations roles, ideally in‑house or within an embedded agency setup
- Strong experience working across multiple European markets, including localisation, toolkit creation, and translation workflows
- Proven ability to lead and scale content operations across digital, static, video, and campaign outputs
- Skilled in using Jira (or similar project management tools) to manage complex workflows and content pipelines
- Experience with asset management systems and maintaining organised, accessible content libraries
- Strong understanding and hands‑on experience with AI content creation tools and automation platforms to optimise production efficiency
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams
- Confident collaborating with creative teams while upholding process, efficiency, and delivery clarity
