We are looking for a Social & Influencer Manager to join us here at Cheil UK on a secondment contract (6 months) with Samsung. You are joining a new CE Brand and Go to market team for Consumer Electronics portfolio, focusing on TV, Sound and Home Appliances category.
- Social and influencer strategy for key Pan-European projects.
- Drive social activation for key product launches and sustain campaigns in Europe by liaising with project lead and European subsidiaries. This includes devising social strategy, content planning and production, toolkit creation, implementation through liaison with subsidiaries, posting status monitoring and performance reporting.
- Drive influencer strategy to support social activations, working with Influencer manager. This includes liaising with subsidiaries, writing agency brief, influencer briefs, leading the creative and product experience, managing the delivery of influencer deliverables and approvals, establishing monitoring and performance reporting.
- Support premium pan-EU influencer events for key projects. This includes planning the programme, liaising with subsidiaries, writing the agency and influencer brief, leading the creative and desirable product experience, managing the delivery of the event and approvals.
- Alignment and relationship management with Headquarters and 16 subsidiaries on social and influencer activations.
- Manage different stakeholders in HQ, Europe office and subsidiaries to align strategy and activation plan.
- If needed, work with HQ and subsidiaries to tailor and amend HQ assets to European markets’ needs – and managing asset deliveries if amended assets are produced by Europe.
- This role doesn’t include direct managing of social accounts but your role is to influence subsidiaries local social plan to make sure all campaign assets are posted across all channels.
- The framework for data-driven social management and reporting tools.
- Lead subsidiaries on social performance reporting requirements per project.
- Stakeholder management within European marketing, Product & Sales and counterparts in South Korea HQ.
- Build strong relationships with markets, which will foster in-depth knowledge of markets’ plans and local activations. Ensure all local market activities follow standard approval procedure and brand guidelines.
- Strong campaign management experience is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of all social platforms and how to optimise content for different social platforms. You must have a deep understanding of what makes social and influencer campaigns stand out, engaging and drive performance.
- Strong sense of ownership on the projects you manage. Strong hands-on experience on influencer contracting, briefing, content creation and reporting.
- Excellent balance between creative and analytical skills.
- You will need to be an efficient project manager, identifying potential roadblocks and proactively finding solutions and opportunities to deliver timely launch campaigns in Europe.
- You will need to be a people-person, building bridges and consensus and creating solid relationships both at European and HQ levels. The ability to lead and empower several teams in multiple locations towards shifting goals is crucial.
- Creative & Business Intelligence – commercially astute and with a good grasp of business goals, being able to formulate and identify creative strategies to meet those goals. You will need to have previous experience in managing integrated marketing plans and campaigns and creative agency management experience.
- Working with the Go-to-market, Campaign team, European marketing functions, and influence social and influencer teams in headquarters to develop campaigns that are optimised for Europe and maximum performance.
- Plan and deliver successful campaigns to meet the sales and brand target.
- Monitor campaign implementation and results together with the CMI and new Social analytics team, delivering insightful campaign reports and best practice cases.
- In turn, you will collaborate with social & influencer teams in local subsidiaries, ensuring campaigns can be implemented effectively across Europe.
