Job Description
Cheil Europe LTD is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our Regional Headquarters (RHQ) Management Team in Central London. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive support to the Corporate Operations team, ensuring efficient and seamless business operations across our European offices. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, possess strong attention to detail, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. This position is offered on a 1-year Fixed-Term Contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks to support the RHQ Management Team and ensure smooth operations across our European offices. Your responsibilities will include:
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and compile drafts on current issues related to various operational topics.
- Gather and update financial performance review files every two weeks, tracking changes effectively.
- Update competitive pitches list monthly, managing and tracking changes for high-value pitches.
- Compile and manage various ad-hoc reports written in Korean to HQ in Korea.
Management and Coordination:
- Assist in preparing presentations for various reports, including office information, hiring reports, and management workshops.
Support Functions:
- Request to update organizational charts and ownership structures for the UK subsidiary and three other subsidiaries.
- Provide additional expatriate support, including research and support for administrative jobs.
Other Administrative Support:
- Draft and consolidate travel itineraries for each VIP trip.
- Assist in preparing reporting documents and presentation files
