The B2B Tribe is composed of 3 small squads, focusing on different personas: Learning & Development Managers (L&D), and Learners/Employees. As a Product Designer, your focus will be on:
- Helping L&D to monitor & communicate their impact within their company
- Activating and engaging Employees in their learning journey
You will have the opportunity to impact various products for these personas, owning the transition from the "problem space" to the "solution space" in collaboration with PMs, engineers, and data analysts. You will identify new problems and opportunities through qualitative and quantitative research, validate hypotheses using industry best practices like rapid prototypes and A/B tests, and ensure solutions are Valuable, Feasible, and Viable. Your work will be outcome-driven, focusing on how solutions contribute to business goals. You will design and deliver impactful web solutions, iterating based on learnings, and partnering with the sales team to understand their challenges and run lean tests and pilots with clients.
What we’re looking for in a Product Designer:
- 3+ years of product design experience, ideally in a B2B environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders
- End-to-end experience in product design lifecycle: market research, user interviews, usability testing, developer handoff, and performance measurement
- A portfolio demonstrating how your work has improved business metrics
- Expertise in Figma and experience creating and maintaining design systems
