A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a busy hotel in the Reading area.
The hotel currently has an established Head Chef and Sous Chef in place and is looking for an additional Chef de Partie to join the team.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
- Confident working across different sections of the kitchen
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Reliable, organised and passionate about producing quality food
- Comfortable working breakfast and/or evening service
