Are you an experienced Head Chef ready for your next challenge? Chefs for Chefs is seeking a skilled, reliable chef for a temporary assignment at a casual dining venue in Lewisham. Bring your leadership and kitchen management experience to a busy team and help deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Starting early December throughout the Christmas period.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll oversee kitchen operations and support the team through day-to-day service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting the kitchen team during preparation and service.

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the venue's standards.

• Managing stock, ordering, and kitchen organization.

• Maintaining food hygiene, allergen, and health and safety standards.

• Helping ensure smooth, efficient service in a casual dining environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience leading a professional kitchen as a Head Chef or in a similar senior role.

• Level 2 Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness certificates (minimum).

• Strong kitchen leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• A reliable, adaptable, and professional approach.

• A DBS check is desirable but not essential.

Pay: £20.73 per hour, including holiday pay.
