The role is full-time and located in our coastal kitchen within a respected group of 12 restaurants. You will lead up to 15 chefs, assist the Head Chef, and help maintain high seafood standards.
The group is MSC certified, with fresh fish landed daily at Brixham market and delivered to the kitchen, offering progression to Head Chef within the group.
