We are working alongside a 3AA rosette country house hotel on the North Yorkshire/Cumbria border in search of a Chef De Rang to join the team. The establishment is set in stunning grounds and utilises the local larder as well as their own kitchen garden to create beautiful fresh dishes. You will be able to see hands-on how the restaurant operates, working closely with the senior team.

This country house hotel is looking for a Chef De Rang to join the brigade who has a desire and passion to push their career, to be the best they can be. The salary for the role is £21,000 per annum plus tips, and there is accommodation available for the position.
