About the Role
Chefs Bay is seeking compassionate and experiencedChefs de Partieto support an end-of-life healthcare setting in the DY8 area.
You will prepare and serve high-quality, nutritious meals for residents and their families. Because this role involves direct contact with residents in a sensitive environment, we are looking for dedicated culinary professionals with a caring, respectful, and empathetic approach.
Key Requirements
- IDDSI Experience:Essential knowledge and experience with IDDSI (International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative) frameworks and texture-modified diets.
- DBS Check:An activeEnhanced DBS on the Update Serviceis required.
- Experience:Proven background as a Chef de Partie, preferably within healthcare, care homes, or hospice settings.
- Standards:Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and allergen control.
- Right to Work:Full UK Right to Work required (no visa sponsorship available).
