Shift Times: 9:00pm – 6:30am (7-day operation)

We are currently seeking two reliable and proactive Night Porters to join our dedicated team at a hotel in Stafford. We have one full-time and one part-time position available. As part of a 7-day operation, flexibility with working nights across weekdays and weekends is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and checking in late-arriving guests
  • Ensuring guest security and safety throughout the night
  • General cleaning and tidying of public areas during quiet periods
  • Serving light snacks and drinks during night-time hours
  • Monitoring the premises and responding to guest enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assisting with any ad hoc tasks required overnight to ensure smooth hotel operations
