We are currently seeking two reliable and proactive Night Porters to join our dedicated team at a hotel in Stafford. We have one full-time and one part-time position available. As part of a 7-day operation, flexibility with working nights across weekdays and weekends is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and checking in late-arriving guests
- Ensuring guest security and safety throughout the night
- General cleaning and tidying of public areas during quiet periods
- Serving light snacks and drinks during night-time hours
- Monitoring the premises and responding to guest enquiries promptly and professionally
- Assisting with any ad hoc tasks required overnight to ensure smooth hotel operations
