Role Overview:<\/b> We are seeking experienced cooks to work independently within Probation Trust hostels, preparing and serving home -cooked meals for residents.
<\/p>

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>

• Prepare and serve nutritious home -cooked meals
  <\/li>
• Work autonomously in hostel kitchen environments
  <\/li>
• Complete required paperwork and food safety documentation
  <\/li>
• Report to site supervisor on long -term assignments
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Assignment Types:<\/b> Work requirements vary by site and may include:
  <\/p>

  • Ongoing cover for permanent vacancies
    <\/li>
  • Short -term cover (weekend shifts, few days at a time)
    <\/li>
  • Holiday/sickness cover
    <\/li>
  • Temporary assignments (typically 4+ weeks)
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Typical Shift Patterns:<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • 12pm - 6pm or 1pm - 7pm
      <\/li>
    • Weekday, weekend, or combination shifts available
      <\/li>
    • Mix of regular and ad -hoc assignments
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Flexible cooks able to accommodate varying shift patterns and locations are preferred.
