About the Role
We have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced, reliable Senior Chef de Partie to join our client's busy kitchen team. This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent position, offering a direct route to a stable permanent role for the right candidate.

Shift Details & Schedule:
- 48 hours per week guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Section Management: Take full ownership of your assigned kitchen section, ensuring high-quality dishes are produced efficiently during busy service periods.
- Food Preparation: Manage daily prep levels to ensure the section is fully stocked and ready for high-volume lunch and dinner rushes.
- Health & Safety: Maintain strict food hygiene standards, including correct stock rotation, labeling, and clear allergen management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and wider kitchen team to maintain low ticket times and high food quality.
