Chefs Bay is a specialist hospitality recruitment agency, proudly acting on behalf of our client in Manchester. We are currently recruiting multiple Chef de Parties to join a high-performing kitchen in the Manchester area, supplying fresh, high-quality food preparation.

The Role:
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of a specific section and contribute to the overall efficiency and quality of the kitchen. You’ll be working in a supportive and organised setting, with a focus on consistency, cleanliness, and quality.
What’s on Offer:
- Start Date: 30th June onwards
- £16.00 – £17.93 per hour (including holiday pay)
- Full-Time & Part-Time | Ongoing Placement
- 7-day operation with shifts between 06:00 - 21:00 (up to 12 months)
- Multiple Vacancies Available

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparing high-quality ingredients and dishes to specification.
- Managing your own section to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Supporting the Senior Chefs with prep and kitchen coordination.
- Following strict food hygiene and safety procedures.
- Accurately portioning and labelling stock for distribution.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in your workstation.
- Contributing positively to a professional and focused team environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis stepping up.
- Good knowledge of prep kitchen operations and production-style work.
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, committed and punctual individuals.
- Must be able to travel to and from the location reliably.
- Must currently reside in the UK with full Right to Work status.
