We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Residential Sales Negotiator with a genuine passion for property to join our team based in our Saffron Walden office.
Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and welcoming service to clients while working closely with colleagues.
- Arrange and coordinate property viewings, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently and tailored to prospective buyers or tenants.
- Provide timely and detailed feedback to clients following viewings, keeping them fully informed of market interest and potential opportunities.
- Manage enquiries via telephone, email, and face‑to‑face interactions, responding promptly and professionally to customer queries.
- Build positive relationships with clients, applicants, and colleagues, maintaining a high standard of customer care and effective communication.
- Work hours: full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, plus Saturdays on a rota basis, 9.00 am – 4.00 pm with a day off in lieu.
- Report to the Director.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an Estate Agency firm (not essential).
- Self‑motivated individual who enjoys working as part of a team.
- Ability to organise workload and meet multiple deadlines.
- Strong IT skills and enthusiasm for embracing advancing technology.
- Welcoming and passionate about providing a high level of customer care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships with team members.
- Full UK Driving Licence and use of own vehicle, insured for business use.
