We are seeking a motivated, upbeat Residential Sales Valuer with a real passion for property; someone who enjoys building relationships and takes pride in delivering accurate, confident valuations. The successful candidate will join our very experienced, driven and friendly team in our Newmarket office.

What will you be doing?
- Offering a welcoming and first‑class service to our clients and working closely with the team to bring properties to the market.
- Valuing and listing properties.
- Dealing with general enquiries and negotiating sales when necessary.
- Attending client properties to provide a valuation.
- Preparing photographs and sales particulars.
- Reporting feedback to clients in a timely manner.
- Dealing with enquiries via telephone, e‑mail and face to face.
- Negotiating and agreeing sales.
- Conducting viewings as and when necessary.
Working hours: full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
What will it take to be successful?
- Previous experience in a valuers role within an Estate Agency firm.
- Self‑motivated individual who enjoys working as part of a team.
- Ability to organise themselves and their workload to meet multiple deadlines.
- Good IT skills and enthusiasm for embracing ever‑changing and advancing technology.
- Welcoming and passionate about providing a high level of customer care to our clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with little direction, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships with team members.
- Use of own vehicle which is insured for business use.
