As a Marketing Exec, you will contribute to and develop creative and successful marketing initiatives to promote the Chef Works Europe Ltd product ranges and brands internally and externally.
Support the Head of Marketing in delivering all agreed Marketing activities and strategy. Create awareness of and develop the Chef Works & Bragard brands and product ranges through e-marketing and over our e-commerce platforms.
Communicate with target sectors/audiences building and developing customer relationships through events, print, social media and campaigns. Populate marketing plan with all activities. Maintain marketing folders for all content and imagery.
Review all advertising/sponsorship opportunities for cohesion, ROI and growth. Work closely with in-house or external creatives to design/amend marketing materials such as brochures, trade stands, merchandise and adverts.
Write and proofread engaging copy which supports the brand voice. Produce creative visual content reflecting the brand. Run social media channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn) to grow followers and enhance audience engagement, liaising with the e-commerce team for a co-ordinated approach.
Conduct regular audits for social media/general marketing ROI performance. Support the sales team and harness event/market feedback which may influence strategy. Help organise events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, exhibitions and staff gatherings.
Review and secure appropriate sponsorship opportunities. Create/update/write monthly staff newsletter. Develop relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers e.g. designers, photographers, merchandisers and printers to ensure timely, quality output at the best price. Organise photo shoots at the request of the HoM. Maintain and update customer databases/Business Dev team with new leads.
Conduct market research, e.g. using customer questionnaires and focus groups. Tracking performance and ROI, preparing weekly updates, monthly/quarterly figures for management reports, continually revising growth targets.
Experience Required:
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent industry experience with creative/commercial skills.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategy.
- Evaluating marketing ROI and effectiveness.
- Reporting – evaluating ROI and clear communicator.
- Monitoring, awareness and reporting on competitor/sector activity.
- Leading/supporting external agencies to effectively deliver.
- Commercial understanding of a marketing budget.
- Highly organised and detail driven.
