We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead the culinary operation of an ambitious, high-volume, multi-outlet venue. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a dynamic food offering across a four-storey building, featuring four kitchens and three distinct dining concepts, delivering up to 500 covers per day.

The Role
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations across the building. You will lead from the front—driving standards, developing your team, and ensuring seamless delivery across multiple kitchens and service styles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full leadership of all kitchen operations across 4 kitchens
- Managing and developing a large brigade (15+ chefs)
- Driving consistency and excellence across multiple outlets
- Maintaining high standards in a premium, high-volume environment
- Recruitment, training, and ongoing professional development of your team
- Working closely with senior leadership on menus, costing, and performance
About You
We are looking for a proven leader with a strong background in high-end, high-volume kitchens:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Head Chef
- Experience in busy restaurants (200+ covers per day / 1,200+ per week)
- Background in a premium or award-winning restaurant
- Experience in a multi-outlet environment (hotel, members’ club, or large restaurant with bar/private dining)
- Demonstrated success managing large teams (15+ chefs)
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team culture, development, and retention
- Experience running kitchens with £100k+ weekly revenue (including £50k+ food sales)
