We’re recruiting on behalf of a popular, well-established daytime brunch restaurant in Kensington that’s looking for a people‑first General Manager with real personality.
This is a hands‑on leadership role in a fast‑paced, feel‑good environment where energy, warmth and presence on the floor matter just as much as commercial ability. Late nights are not the norm here — the business is daytime‑focused, with only occasional evening events.
The Role
- Leading the restaurant day‑to‑day and setting the tone for service and culture
- Managing and developing a strong front and back of house team
- Owning standards, guest experience and team engagement
- Overseeing rotas, costs, KPIs and overall business performance
- Acting as the face of the restaurant, especially with regular guests
The Ideal Candidate
- Currently a General Manager or a strong Deputy GM ready to step up
- Known for their personality, positivity and people skills
- Confident running a busy service while keeping things fun and professional
