Sous Chef required to join the team at this superb privately owned country pub and shop
Serving 20 – 30 covers for Lunch and 30 – 40 for Dinner
The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef to help him run the kitchen, cooking with all fresh local seasonal ingredients
The owners are happy to push for 2 Rosettes so this would suit somebody that enjoys cooking great food to a consistently good standard
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Sleaford, Heckington, Ancaster, Grantham or possibly Boston area with their own transport
Base Salary of upto £35,000 depending upon experience
Plus Tips approx. £2000 – £3000
