As Chef de Partie depending upon your experience, you will be working in a section, helping with daily food preparation, organising a section and ensuring that your section is ready for service.
The Executive Chef is happy to look at an Experienced Commis Chef or Demi looking to take on a little more responsibility
There is possible live in available for this position but may suit any candidates living in the Melton Mowbray, Nottingham, Kegworth or Loughborough area with access to their own transport if required.
Base salary of upto £28,000 (depending on experience)
