The Manager of this traditional town hotel is seeking a chef de Partie to assist the Head Chef with the running of the kitchen. The property offers all day dining with a breakfast, lunch and evening meal menu, where all dishes are made on site using quality locally sourced seasonal produce cooked to high standards. This hotel is part of a successful group so it is a great opportunity to learn new skills and be able to progress within the company.
The Head Chef is looking for a chef de Partie who is capable of running sections in the kitchen and who can work well under pressure.
Requirements:- An experienced chef de Partie who has the ability to help run a busy kitchen operation whilst also ensuring that the cooking standards always meet the properties expectations.
- A stable background with experience of working in similar high volume, multi outlet, fresh food kitchens is essential.
