An experienced Breakfast Chef is required to run the breakfast service at a luxury Village Hotel. You will be required to work five days out of seven from 6am to 3pm. The hotel offers a plated breakfast service in the 2AA rosette restaurant, which you will be expected to prepare using the finest quality fresh ingredients. As Breakfast Chef you will be working alone on the breakfast service but will then prep for the next day and assist the rest of the team of chefs with conference lunches, buffets and afternoon teas.
Requirements:
- The Head Chef is seeking a Breakfast Chef who has spent time in this role in hotels previously where you were cooking for numbers using fresh ingredients.
- It is important that all chefs applying for the role have the organisational skills needed to cope with large numbers of covers when working alone under pressure.
