The Chef owner of a renowned seafood restaurant located in a stunning Scottish Coastal town is seeking a Sous Chef to join the team. The restaurant is busy all year round serving locals and destination visitors with the dishes on the menus being created not only using fresh seasonally and daily changing fish and shellfish harvested locally but also includes meat and vegetarian options. This is a hands on role and you will be leading from the front, this job will give you an opportunity to put your own ideas and dishes on the menu and make your mark.
Requirements:
The successful candidate should have experience of working with fish and shellfish dishes as a Sous Chef with fine dining experience. It is essential that you are hard working, passionate, forward thinking and have a can do attitude.
