A Sous Chef role is available at an exciting new bar and dining concept which has recently opened. This is an opportunity to join a successful company at the beginning and to be involved in the development of the business to become a must visit dining establishment.
As Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef in all aspects including training junior chefs to ensure that high standards expected at the venue are maintained. The venue offers a variety of bar snacks throughout the day and has an evening bistro menu, all dishes are prepared using fresh seasonal ingredients.
