The hotel offers modern British Cuisine served all day in the 2 AA rosette fine dining restaurant and bar areas and serves afternoon teas. There is also a busy banqueting department catering for weddings, conferences, meetings, and parties. The kitchen is a good size and as Chef de Partie you will be working across the sections, with a brigade of 8 plus Chefs so good teamwork is required. Completing all necessary paperwork and ensuring the kitchen is performing financially is also a key part of this role.
