A multi outlet prestigious golf club that offers fresh seasonal menus using locally sourced produce is recruiting a Senior Sous chef. The facilities at the golf club provide meals for members in a variety of outlets including day time snacks, formal members dinners, to volume golfing events. The golf club is especially busy during the golf peak season in the summer months but is used throughout the year as it is a popular wedding and events venue. As Senior Sous Chef you will be working in a team of 5 supporting the Head Chef, and monitoring the junior chefs in a faced paced environment.
