Job Description:
The private Owners of this popular multi award winning country estate pub with rooms, is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous to join the stable kitchen team. This is a destination pub that has recently been refurbished and the open plan kitchen is newly equipped. The property offers bar menus and evening menus along with a superb Sunday lunch. All dishes and specials are made on site using locally grown and bred fresh seasonal ingredients to a high standard. The Head Chef is looking for a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous who is capable of running all sections under pressure whilst also being able to assist the junior members of the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who is seeking stability to join a settled team in a strong business
Requirements:
A Senior Chef de Partie or Senior Sous who has the ability to help run a busy kitchen operation to ensure that the cooking standards always meet the properties expectations is needed to take on this position. A stable background and proven experience working in properties that offer gastro pub style menus fresh food kitchens is essential.
