An exciting opportunity for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join a successful company at one of their resort hotels in the West Midlands. In this role you will be working in the Pastry kitchen that produces desserts, pastries, cakes and sweet treats for all outlets of a large resort. Working alongside a great team of chefs, you will work together to deliver a variety of hand crafted desserts to all of the food and beverage outlets at the resort. The pastry kitchen produces a high volume of pastry and sweets to a very high standard, the team is headed by an extremely talented head pastry chef, who is passionate about developing the pastry teams knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
The Pastry Head Chef is seeking a passionate Chef with a minimum of 2 years experience in a fine dining pastry kitchen as a demi chef de partie or higher. A Pastry Chef who possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
