A great opportunity for a Sous Chef is available at a 4* multi outlet Spa Hotel located near Newark. As Sous Chef, you will assist the Senior staff to organise, monitor and train the large team of chefs. The spa hotel has two restaurants offering different menu choices but both serving healthy fresh food dishes to the guests. There is also a busy afternoon tea service, a separate bar menu for all day diners and a busy function and banqueting department which is popular for weddings. This is a great chance to work in a busy fresh food environment with plenty of opportunities to gain experience and progress.
Requirements:
