A position for a highly motivated Sous Chef to work closely with the Head Chef in the kitchens of a 3 red star country hotel located near Kings Lynn is available. The hotel offers a range of busy dining operations and it is essential that the exceptionally high standards are maintained at all times. The hotel features a 2 rosette acclaimed restaurant serving fresh food with seasonally changing dishes, has a very popular afternoon menu, and caters for private dining and weddings.
This is an excellent property and as Sous Chef you will have an input on menus and also will be assisting to lead a brigade of Chefs whilst remaining hands-on when service requires. It is important that the current standards of food served are maintained and pushed to the next level to ensure the popularity of the venue is continued.
