The Exec Head is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to assist with the management of the kitchen whilst cooking good quality dishes for its multi outlet operation that has an excellent reputation. The property offers all day dining with a breakfast menu, bar menus and fine dining in its restaurant where all dishes are made from scratch on site using quality, fresh local ingredients to a rosette standard. The property is a popular wedding venue and during the peak season is very busy, it needs a Junior Sous Chef who is capable of running all sections under pressure whilst also being able to manage the junior members of the team.
Requirements:
- An experienced Junior Sous Chef who has the ability to help run a busy kitchen operation whilst also ensuring that the cooking standards always meet the properties expectations is needed to take on this position.
- A stable background working in similar high volume, multi outlet, fresh food kitchens is essential.
