The position of a Senior Chef de Partie to help prepare and cook award winning food for a country pub situated in an idyllic village near Sleaford is available. As Senior Chef de Partie you will assist in preparing and cooking the award winning food for the restaurant and join a team with a culture that delivers excellent guest experience. An input into the menu development is part of this role, the food served is 2AA rosette standard consisting of fine dining in the restaurant. Having a key eye for local and current food trends will be an integral part of this role. You will support the team to create original and great tasting seasonal menus using fresh local suppliers along with regular changing specials.
Requirements:
- An ambitious, enthusiastic Senior Chef de Partie with a proven track record of working with fresh food.
- Must have at least three years experience in a Rosette kitchen.
- It is essential that you are hard working, have a good attitude and want to work in a kitchen where you will learn valuable skills and experience.
