Exciting Opportunity for a Sous Chef. A campus that provides accommodation and catering at halls of residences and within various food and bar outlets for students, staff and visitors is seeking a strong Sous Chef. As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for running a busy site kitchen to produce an innovative quality menu in line with agreed budgets and projections. Must be experienced in volume catering to a high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high standards of food quality and consistency in a high-volume catering environment.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume catering establishment.
  • Hands-on approach with experience of managing junior chefs in diverse environments.
  • Focused on client and customer service.
  • Completed and up-to-date with all relevant food safety training.
