A Head Chef/Kitchen Manager is required for a quality, popular, recently relaunched restaurant in Bradford. The restaurant excels in fusion cooking along with a Yorkshire twist and a tapas style menu. This restaurant is high quality using all fresh ingredients serving both lunch and dinner services. As Head Chef you will be responsible for the running of the kitchen and will be expected to be able to produce costings and a good GP. This is an exciting role working for an excellent established family business.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate for this role will have been working as a Head Chef in a similar role or be an experienced Sous Chef looking for their first Head Chef position.
- You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
- An enthusiastic, hands-on chef that is creative, confident and a good leader would be excellent for this role.
